Shipping Policy for Pasodi Digital Business Services

1. Shipping Coverage
– We deliver to locations across India. Currently, international shipping is not available.
– Delivery availability may vary depending on the address provided at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time
– Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
– Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time
– Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days from the date of order processing.
– Expedited Delivery: 2-4 business days from the date of order processing (available for select locations).

Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, courier service delays, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges
– Standard Delivery: Free for orders above ₹1000. A flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable for orders below ₹1000.
– Expedited Delivery: Additional charges apply and will be displayed during checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order
– Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
– You can also track your order status in the “My Orders” section of your Basav.in account.

6. Delivery Attempts
– Our delivery partner will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
– In such cases, you may need to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
– If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect/missing item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the package and item(s) for prompt resolution.

8. Undeliverable Packages
– Orders may be deemed undeliverable if the address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or if the recipient is unavailable.
– If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you for further instructions.
